Wayne Rauchenberger has more than 25 years of experience in Finance, Administration and Information Technology among several of the top fortune 500 companies. He joined the Pacifica Ventures Team in 2003 as primary financial support of the The Culver Studios acquisition from SONY Pictures Entertainment. Upon completion of the acquisition, Wayne became Vice President of Finance, followed by becoming General Manager for The Culver Studios a year later. Prior to joining Pacifica at The Culver Studios, Wayne was the Director of Finance for the Corporate Global Real Estate Division of Vivendi (Universal Studios).
Today, Wayne is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ABQ Studios running a facility that has played host to some the largest of Hollywood’s feature film productions. Offering a rare blend of Financial and Operational skills, Wayne played a significant role in several multi billion dollar acquisition transactions during his 23 year tenure with Northrop Grumman Corporation as the Controller for two of its major Divisions, including Northrop’s Commercial Aircraft Division that builds the Boeing 747 fuselage. In addition to his management responsibilities at Northrop Wayne was responsible for many major facilities projects including a $120 million dollar factory that was built in Perry, Georgia and the relocation of the Ventura Division facility with 2,000 employees to Hawthorne California.
Wayne holds a B.S. Degree (Honors) in Accounting from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. from the University of La Verne. Wayne is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
