1601 North Vine Street will be the first Class A high-rise office building built in Hollywood in over 10 years. Designed for the entertainment industry, with every amenity and technological feature a cutting-edge digital production studio could ever need, the building will have 7 stories of modern offices totaling over 100,000 sq. ft.; a penthouse office suite adjoining an outdoor patio; and a first floor lobby that will feature a first-class restaurant. Additionally there will be 3 floors of underground parking. The project’s DDA with the City of Los Angeles will be completed by the end of January 2010, with ground-breaking anticipated for second quarter 2010.
